They get the 3 stars because of the site and the accessibility of a customer service that is "hard" to find and the indicated time that the order would be delivered does not correspond to the actual delivery.
But .... The driver is super friendly, and after all, he can't help it. The meat makes everything good, very well packaged and tasty!
