I have been a customer of DIVÄG for several years and I must say, their service is average. While they have a good selection of products, the quality can sometimes be hit or miss. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where I felt ignored or dismissed. Overall, DIVÄG is an okay company, but I think there are better options out there.
