I recently used a hosting service from blackhost.com.bd and I must say that I am impressed. The server performance is great and the uptime is excellent. I had a few questions regarding the setup and the support team was responsive and helpful. The only downside is that the pricing is slightly higher compared to other hosting providers. But considering the quality of service, it's worth it.
