I had an average experience with Tekna Design. Their website teknadesigns.com is easy to navigate and the products are decent. However, I found the customer service to be quite lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and I felt like they weren't really listening to my concerns. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
