I've been going to this pilates studio for a few weeks now and I'm really enjoying it. The classes are challenging but the instructors are great at explaining the moves and making sure I'm doing them correctly. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommended!
