I've had both positive and negative experiences with Swiss CMT AG. On one hand, their products have consistently been of good quality and well-priced. On the other hand, their customer service has been lacking at times. There have been instances where I've had to wait an excessive amount of time to get a response or assistance. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
