We closed on Friday, 11/20/2020, and we asked him to please keep the utilities on for at least 3 business days because of the weekend and Thanksgiving week the next week. East Point has a 72 hr policy for turning on utilities and with this week being a short week due to Thanksgiving they are under staff. We explained this to him in detail and he agreed. Now we don't have any utilities and not sure if we will have them on this week. It is also very cold.

He decided to turn off the utilities on Tuesday, 11/24/2020, and without even giving a courtesy call.

We bought a home listed by David through a buyer's agent Agent. We closed on Friday, 11/20/2020, and we asked him to please keep the utilities on for at least 3 business days the following week because of the weekend and Thanksgiving week the next week. East Point has a 72 hr policy for turning on utilities and with this week being a short week due to Thanksgiving they might need the full 72hrs. We explained this to him in detail and he agreed. Now we don't have any utilities and not sure if we will have them on this week. It is also very cold.

He decided to turn off the utilities on Tuesday, 11/24/2020, and without even giving us a courtesy call.

When our agent called him this morning he said that it's not his responsibility to have the utilities on at the property.
