This is frustrating I've tried the number listed and find out its all on line when.i go there i get trapped in an endless waste of time...Not only that I'm getting endless phone calls now on HEALTH INSURANCE! I can never get a hold of anyone even when calling the main number. This should NOT be this complicated people!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. It's hard enough losing a job and being unable to provide for my family while you folks sit in this building and not answer our calls. They say unemployment is the lowest its been so wheres my assistance when needed!!! Being unable to file online should not add to our STRESS!!! This really needs some ATTENTION and better service would be a plus online. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE MONEY THAT'S OWED TO ME TAKING THIS LONG!!
