I have been a customer of Apx Energy, LLC for several years now and I must say that their service has been average. While I appreciate the electricity options they offer, I have often faced issues with their billing process. There have been instances where I was overcharged and it took a lot of effort on my part to get it resolved. However, I have also had a few positive experiences with their customer support team who were helpful in resolving my queries. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
