I have been a customer of Jacob Scientifics - India for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they have a good range of products, the quality can be hit or miss. There have been times when I received faulty items, and their customer support was not very helpful in resolving the issue. However, there have also been instances where I have been satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to do business with.
