I have been using Erema engineering recycling maschinen und anlagen ges.m.b.h. for quite some time now and I must say their service is average. The machines they provide are of good quality but their customer support needs improvement. There have been instances where I faced issues with the machinery and it took them a while to resolve them. However, overall it's a decent company to work with.
