VERY pushy used car sales staff. Were just looking on the first day, and wanted pricing so we could get the money together. When we said no to the first person, their manager came in. When we said no to the manager, they brought us to the owner who was also pushy. Came back the next business day to actually purchase the vehicle.

After the sale, the sales team did NOT reply to any phone messages or emails to them. In fact, when we went back to pick up the license plate, they treated us as an interruption.

Found out 6 months after the purchase that the "new" brakes on the vehicle I purchased were not new, but needing replacement.

I like the vehicle we purchased, and I would have paid for the brakes to be done had they told me the truth concerning them. Instead, I took my service work to a different dealership in town and will continue to go there.

AM NEVER PLANNING ON GOING BACK HERE FOR ANYTHING.

Update, Kim Stevens called me and offered to pay for half my brake job. After agreeing to this, She then told me (via email) that the best she can do is a $117 credit to the service department. A lot of good that will do me, as I am still NEVER PLANNING ON GOING BACK. You can't trust anyone here.

Update #2: Got in touch with Domique Denooyer, and after discussing what took place and what Kim had offered and didn't deliver, he asked what he could do. I told him I would be ok with Kim's original offer, and he delivered. Before I was off the phone with him, a check was requested. At the time of this writing, the check has been received. It's still sad to think that it had to get this this level.
