Had to bring my bike in for repairs, I dropped it in my garage. It took 2 months for the parts to come in that were all off the shelf HD parts and none of wich were on backorder. Almost all of there parts in the catalogue were on backorder and I got the parts that I did becouse they weren't on backorder. So 2 months later all good right? No, they neglected to even add some parts in the repair estamate so they called me and told me that it was all ready and clearly was not. They told me to take the bike anyways and they would order the parts that they missed and that I needed. But, thats not until I pay $140 for the battery that they killed becouse of not turning the accessories off after they parked it multiple times whilst it was waiting for parts to come in to be worked on! I know this becouse I came in multiple times to check on progress during the 2 months of waiting on parts and turned the bike off all the way myself. The worst part about all of this is now the bike has problems starting, I NEVER had any problems starting my bike prior to all of this. Cold, or hot did not matter. And to add to that, the staff acted as if this was all very normal. I guess that's normal if that's your expectations. Mine personally are higher. Pikes Peak Harley Davidson will never see another dime of my money.
