I recently had the opportunity to work with Iisg - icq and I must say, the experience was average. The company website, icqglobal.com, provided all the necessary information, but I felt that the customer service could have been better. The response time was a bit slow, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, I appreciate their effort to address my concerns and eventually resolve the issue.
