I had a mixed experience with Flightcast. While the website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth, I encountered some issues with customer service. It took a long time to get a response to my queries, which was frustrating. However, once I finally got in touch with a representative, they were helpful and resolved my issue. Overall, an average experience.
