I'd rather get in a fender bender than deal with the unpleasant people that work here. The guy who rang up my postage acted like I was an idiot for asking some simple questions. I'm young and don't often mail items out. To be treated like a nuisance would be an understatement. I'll be going to UPS and FedEx from now on.
