My experience with carrefour has been disastrous. I m living a complete nightmare: My recommendation would be don t buy any appliance whatsoever from Carrefour. We purchased an Ariston washing machine less than a year ago.. it s brand new: we weren t even in Dubai in the summer so that machine has barely been used. Something went wrong with the computer.. the technician advised they couldn t repair it at the house so they took it away.. and then he nightmare started.. what was promised to be repaired within days ended up now a month and a half and it isn t over yet. I m without a washing machine my laundry bill is 5 times the price of this Ariston washing machine... and to add insult to injury.. nobody ever calls back.. or follows up after calling Carrefour over the phone numerous times...If I knew it would take so long I would have bought a new machine.. but they kept lying and deceiving us about when they would be receiving the Spair part to fix it...that they had to order from abroad..
