I was visiting St. Louis from New York when my phone was totally bugging out, and not taking a charge. The woman at the counter was incredibly accommodating, and helped me narrow down the problem by trying multiple cords. When the cord wasn t the problem and the charging terminal needed to replaced they did it in an hour.
