I had a mixed experience with Nederlandse voedsel en warenautoriteit - nvwa. While some of their services were satisfactory, others left much to be desired. The customer support was helpful and responded promptly to my queries. However, I found the website navigation to be confusing and not user-friendly. Overall, I would rate this company as average.
