Mar Associates, INC is an average company. They provide good services but nothing extraordinary. The work environment is decent, and the company culture is fine. However, there is room for improvement. The management could be more supportive, and the communication between departments needs to be better. Overall, not a bad place to work, but definitely not exceptional.
