Worst experience was when I was looking for my first subaru last year (January 2018) and went to Liverpool Subaru. Salesman there was just dishonest. I don't remember his name but just doing the b.s. sales talk and when I told him, that I want to test drive a car , he said, they've got nothing for me to test drive. So I walked away and went straight to Penrith Subaru.

Rebecca Bishop was very helpful during that time and look after me and my son. Got to test drive an Impreza and that was it - we bought our first Subaru.

Forward to January 2019, I was looking to get a VW Tiguan but the two dealership I went to was just trying to b.s. me. I decided that VW isn't for me.

Went to Penrith Subaru again and was looking for Rebecca but she was off.

Brendan Tompkins looked after us instead. He was very helpful and direct to the point. Again, we didn't leave the Penrith Subaru Dealership without signing the dotted line as we're happy with Brendan's deal of the century for our 2nd Subaru, the Subaru Forester. Brendan took his time in explaining everything about the car when we picked it up.

I highly recommend the Penrith Subaru dealership to anyone. They will look after you like they did to me, not once but twice now.
