I recently used the services of a security company to provide protection for my event. I decided to hire Orion Protective Services, Inc. after conducting some online research. The company's website, orionprotectivesvcs.com, provided all the necessary information about their services and experience.

I must say that the overall experience was average. The security personnel arrived on time and implemented the necessary security measures. However, there were a few issues that arose during the event. Some of the guards seemed inexperienced and lacked proper communication skills. This became a bit problematic, as they occasionally struggled to handle certain situations effectively.

In terms of professionalism, I felt that there was room for improvement. The guards appeared too casual at times, which somewhat compromised their authority and ability to maintain order. This is an aspect that Orion Protective Services, Inc. should address.

Although the service was average, I appreciate their punctuality and adherence to the agreed-upon terms. All in all, I would consider using their services again, but only after confirming that they have addressed the aforementioned issues.
