To make a long story short. I attempted to upgrade my 2016 toyota carola to a 2017 toyota Carola using the customer loyalty program. Ive been called in 3 times. By salesmen to complete the deal. On the 4th time They offered me a 3.6 percenage rate, i thaught my persiatance had paid off, boy was I wrong. The salesman, alli can say is he did his job. When i went back to finance the price went up. "Surprise " well reluctantly I signed the deal. Took the car. And was happy with the deal. Well 2 weeks latet i get a call saying ineed to come in and sign some paperwork. I attempted toy call the dealership to speak to financing, but after 14 phone calls ,nobody would speak to me. Finely the next day I spoke with the business manager and he informed me that they could not get financing I need to put another 2grand down. This was totally unacceptable seeing how it was s not part of the agreement. And they were not willing to make this work. So i got my trade in back told them what i thaught of thier business model. I've heard bad things about this dealership, but was told it was under new management. If this is better I would have hated to see it then
