I recently had the opportunity to engage with a residential group primarily focusing on real estate transactions. I must say their website, nsgresidential.com, was well-designed and easy to navigate. The search feature allowed me to find properties tailored to my preferences, which was convenient. The customer service, however, left something to be desired. While the response time was reasonable, the representatives didn't seem particularly knowledgeable or invested in assisting me. Overall, the experience was average. The company offered a decent range of properties, but the lackluster customer service detracted from the overall quality. I hope they invest more in training their staff to improve their knowledge and customer engagement.
