TERRIBLE!!!!!! Do not stay here, arrived at hotel ...

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Do not stay here, arrived at hotel at 4 since that it the only time they were allowing us to check in. Upon arrival they told us the room was not ready and would be about 20 minutes. They had a lobby full of people waiting. They did not give reason of why we had to wait or why rooms were not ready. We noticed people started getting their room key even people that had gotten there after us. They did not even bother to let us know that our room was ready and we were literally about five steps from the receptionist. We waited the 20 minutes decided to go back to the receptionist to ask if the room was ready, she rudely handed us the room key and told us the room number. She did not apologize nor say anything to us other than that. We had not even been rude to her either. Will never stay at this hotel again. Terrible customer service
