Brought my car in on the 28th to have them check on a problem with it stalling out . The service writer Sean called me I need a fuel pump and fuel pump module and a gasket . I was fine with it and spent $930 picked up my car that night seemed fine . Was told by him that this will fix my problem for sure .Next day it did the same thing happened . I brought back in and wasn't very happy about it . Was told I have a extended warranty on some kind of manifold issue . I find it funny that I wasn't told that in the first place . I was told they will fix it and the job will take about 5 hours . Never heard from Sean on Thursday . Then finally heard from him on Friday late afternoon and was told my car is running great but want to keep it till the next day cause the shop foreman wants to drive it just to make . Come Saturday I didn't hear from anybody till I called late Saturday afternoon and spoke with Kristen I believe which was very nice but really had no update for other then my car was driven 15 miles and the foreman wants to drive it on Monday . This has been the worst service ever . I was actually thinking about buying a new car from them but that will not happen now for sure . This place seems to hate to communicate with a customer .
Well it's Monday 8/1/2016 1 pm .. And still no call about my car . Was supposed to get a call first thing Monday morning .
