The old Grand Serpong Hotel which was taken over by the Horizon Group. There are many shortcomings in the lift, the swimming pool is not properly maintained and the water is dirty.
The standard of service is pretty good in the front office, restaurant and some security. But some of the other staff still haven't shown the behavior of staff for star hotels in the horizon class, they are still very ignorant when dealing with guests.
For parking is wide enough.
There are already so many choices of food and the quality of the taste is very good, I like the chicken rica2nya the most.
While here I stayed in a deluxe room, the size of the room was spacious, there was a balcony with a view that was quite interesting, only the sheets were not feasible.
