I have had a satisfactory experience with GKB Lens Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata. The glasses I purchased were of decent quality, and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of variety and pricing. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider trying other eyewear stores as well.
