I had an amazing experience at New Life Foundation. I'm not someone who has been into yoga, meditation, etc. but here I found more of myself and had an experience I cannot get anywhere else. I'm so happy I came, I've met good hearted people and felt more at peace in my life. also a plus is the food is incredible
