I fell here; due to worn strips ( I have photos) 2 other women tripped in the same spot. I called for some sort of remuneration; even an apology and got nothing. I filed a report and never heard from them. I actually hurt my knee and the man on whom I fell into, very fortunately grabbed me before I almost went over the 2nd story edge.
