I had a less than satisfactory experience at a local rehabilitation facility. The therapists seemed disengaged and did not provide personalized care. Additionally, the facility was often crowded, making it difficult to concentrate during therapy sessions. The scheduling process was also frustrating, with frequent changes and cancellations. Overall, I would not recommend this facility for physical therapy.
