I would not recommend this dealer... We have brought our car in to this dealership a number of times for warranty work. Their customer service is very poor. They do not keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. We would leave multiple messages asking for updates with no return call. We have even tried multiple advisors thinking that was the issue. It wasn't. They do not explain the work they do very well. They have zero empathy for you if the work you need is not covered under the factory warranty.

Last time we brought it in for a free 5 year "check-up" under the lifetime powertrain warranty we were returned our Aspen that had the check engine light come on the very next day. When we brought it back they charged us $100 for the diagnostic and a leaky gas cap. Strange how we did not have this issue prior to their "check-up" and had not fueled our vehicle in a week and a half. I asked them to explain it to me and the advisor said "sometimes that happens".

Stay away from this store. We have had many different brands of vehicles over the years so we have had experience with just about every dealership in our area. Allen Samuels Dodge Katy is by far the worst.
