It's a scandal more than 5 and a half months after...

It's a scandal more than 5 and a half months after the cancellation of my flight I still have no refund of my air tickets nor the compensation promised by the Air France cancellation policy ...
This company is decidedly very disappointing compared to other low cost companies that offer a much more efficient service!
I must contact:
1. Financial service to claim the refund of tickets, still no refund after more than 5 months of waiting
2. the customer service can not do anything under the pretext that the computer systems are in breakdowns !!!
TO FUIR ABSOLUTELY !!!
