after booking via booking with confirmation of booking, I called privately and I was told by the staff (Mario) was not possible due to lack of availability and that I would have had to book and that I would be diverted to another hotel in the area, but given all this rigmarole, I decided to book at another hotel at a higher price but with greater friendliness and competence of the staff ... bye !!!
