Brought my KW in last year for a issue. They complained they had to work on it because it s Detroit powered. Brought it in yesterday for same issue. Informed service writer that Freightliner had been looking at sane issue also. First comment was that was my problem, taking a KW to Freightliner. Not a wise statement. Service manager finally talked to me and basically told me everything they couldn t do because it is a Detroit. I left and truck broke out on street in front of shop. I went in and asked for help. Was rudely told no way. Now I will replace that truck in the near future and I will be sure not to deal with this dealer again. Very rude and unprofessional.
