Diamond Link, INC is a decent company. The product I purchased was of decent quality, and the customer service was also satisfactory. However, I believe there is room for improvement in both areas. The product could have been of better quality for the price I paid, and the customer service could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. While I have no major complaints, I believe Diamond Link, INC has the potential to be better.
