I recently joined The Disability Karate Federation and I am extremely impressed with their classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. They create a friendly and inclusive environment for all students. The techniques taught are practical and effective. I highly recommend this organization to anyone who wants to learn martial arts in a supportive and inclusive setting.
