Classes were fun, but they didn t fit my schedule. I canceled my membership but they continued to charge me for MONTHS. I called every month and tried to cancel, but no one answered. I left messages and when someone did get back to me, I was told that my membership was canceled. They CONTINUED to charge me. I was told several times that my membership was cancelled, but every month I still saw the charge on my card. I had to reach out to my bank to stop payments from being taken out. Terrible customer service.
