I've been a customer of Oak Initiative for several years now and I must say that their services are simply average. It's not great, but it's also not terrible. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer support could use some improvement. I had some issues with billing and it took several emails and phone calls to get it sorted out. Overall, I would rate Oak Initiative as an average company.
