I have mixed feelings about Propack Direct Mail. While their customer service is good and they offer competitive pricing, I have encountered some issues with the quality of their work. There were a few instances where the printing was not up to my expectations and the mailing lists had some errors. They have always addressed these issues promptly, but it's still a bit frustrating. Overall, an average experience.
