DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Chris Chambers who part owns this company is not to be trusted. He harassed me into selling a property to him (which I was selling to someone else) then several weeks in, just because there was a blocked drain (which was cleared in 2 hours with no further work required) he reneged on his offer, having promised me he was reliable and committed. Very stressful. I have now missed the good market conditions. He is also completely unscrupulous having tried to get me to bypass the agent who conducted the viewing and sell to him direct! I refused. It also appears he makes up stories to suit. He told me the blocked drain was reported, though he wouldn't reveal who by! (thereby casting aspersions on my integrity) but my investigations have not revealed any such report. Please do not make the mistake I made. Take your business elsewhere.
