I have been a customer of Padlock Self Storage INC for over a year now and I can confidently say that their service is average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the facility itself lacks proper maintenance. There have been instances when my belongings were damaged due to leaks and pest infestation. The rates are affordable, but I would recommend considering other options if you have valuable items to store.
