I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Webstac software private limited services for the past year. Overall, my experience has been quite average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I have found their customer support to be lacking at times. There have been instances where I have encountered technical issues and it took a long time for their team to respond and provide a solution. Additionally, I feel that their pricing is on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market. However, their software is reliable and offers good functionality. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
