I had a mixed experience with Whitecap resources inc. Overall, I would rate them as average. Their website, wcap.ca, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my queries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. The company could definitely improve in this aspect. Apart from that, their products were of decent quality and delivered on time. I hope they work on their customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
