This review is on the Farmers' Market Buffet only. At almost $25 a person I expected really good, fresh food...and was truly disappointed. Although there was a fantastic variety, the food itself was not that fresh. Speaking as a small business farmer, fresh beets are filled with flavor and when cooked right, they taste like candy. Their beets were completely tasteless. Not a good sign. I bit in a chocolate chip cookie and it was so hard I could barely get my teeth through it and their vanilla cake was crusty and stale. It may be because it was Valentine's day, but they had a lot of trouble keeping up with dishes...we had to really hunt for some a couple of times.
