I have mixed feelings about Dharma. While their products are well-made and their website is visually appealing, I have had some issues with their customer service. It took a while to get a response to my queries, and when I did, it felt like they were not fully engaged in addressing my concerns. However, I have to acknowledge that they eventually resolved the issue and the product itself was of good quality. It's just the overall experience that left me slightly dissatisfied.
