I had a mixed experience with Thediyteam. While the products I ordered were of good quality, the customer service was not up to par. It took a long time for them to respond to my queries and resolve my issues. However, once they did respond, they were helpful and resolved the problem satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate them average.
