Have been buying this awesome raw organic milk for years now, even though I live near San Andreas CA and have to drive to either Angels Market in Angels Camp or Golden Trails in Jackson California.

Depending on the time of year we do notice the amount of cream on top can be a lot or a wee bit less than a lot, but that's to be expected.

The owner came to San Andreas over a year ago to talk to a group of us, and we learned a lot, that made us happy. Like they have their own pristine water sources, rotate field grazing.

And while they would like to do glass jugs, that would cost more to deliver since it would add to the weight of the truck which would use more fuel for the truck. Their butter and kefir are amazing as well.

YES, their products cost more BUT they are raw, organic and their animals are not treated like factory farm animals are treated.
