Dynamic Planet is an average company overall. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with one of their products and it took me a long time to get a resolution. The quality of their products is decent but nothing exceptional. I would consider buying from them again, but only if I can't find a better alternative.
