I am a regular customer of CERES.org and I have to say that their recycling services are average. While they do their job, I have noticed some inconsistencies in their pickup schedule. Sometimes they come on time, but other times they are late without any prior notice. This has caused inconvenience for me on several occasions. Nonetheless, their customer service is helpful and responsive when I reach out to them with issues. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
